Whether you are new to Yoga or enjoy a regular practice, my classes are designed to build strength, flexibility and balance while fostering a deep connection to your body and breath. You will be encouraged to tune into your body's needs, embrace the present moment, and step into your power with each movement.
Expect a blend of strong poses, fluid transitions and slower, grounding stretches that leave you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed.
